Moving Minds Psychology
Hiya, thanks for checking out my page!
If you’ve landed here, you might be looking for a little extra help on your journey, and I’m so glad you’re here. My name’s Fiona (but you can call me Fi!), and I’m a registered psychologist. I’m passionate about helping people from a compassionate, down-to-earth perspective.
At Moving Minds Psychology, I offer a supportive, tailored approach, equipping you with the tools you need to move forward. I generally work with adolescents and adults, and my special areas of interest are supporting clients through life transitions—whether it’s perinatal or postnatal changes, offering trauma therapy through EMDR, or working with neurodivergence. I work from a neuro-affirming model, honouring the unique ways every brain works.
A little more about me: I come from a neurodivergent household (meaning a lot of different brains under one roof!), and when I’m not at work or at home, you’ll probably find me hanging out at the aerials studio. And just for fun, I’m always up for a good chat about sharks—they’re one of my special interests!
People would describe me as compassionate, empathetic, a great listener, and a little quirky too. If you think we’d be a good match, feel free to drop me an enquiry—I’d love to chat with you.
I offer telehealth services, so we can work together on finding the strategies that suit you best, all from the comfort of your own home.
Currently, I’m accepting new referrals and offer consultations by appointment only.
