Autism only:

Letter $1000 Full Report $1800

ADHD only:

Functional Capacity (Level) assessment: $1200

Circle Of Security Groups

Duration: 8 weeks at 1 hour each

Cost per week: $100

Groups can only run with a minimum of eight people. You can join the waiting list for group times. Alternatively, you could consider therapy services where we can discuss circle of security concepts in session with individual therapy.

Important Information

Standard Consultation Fees - Private Fee Paying

50-minute Individual Therapy Session: $200.00 per session

Medicare Rebates

Clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from their General Practitioner (GP), Psychiatrist, or Paediatrician may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of approximately $96.65 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Important: Moving Minds Psychology does not offer bulk billing. Clients are required to pay the full session fee upfront and then apply for reimbursement through Medicare. We can provide a receipt with the necessary details to facilitate this process.

How to access the rebate:

Visit your GP to discuss your mental health concerns.
Request an MHCP and referral letter addressed to Moving Minds Psychology.
Provide the MHCP and referral before or at your initial appointment.
After paying the full session fee, use the provided receipt to claim your rebate through Medicare.

*National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Fees

Moving Minds Psychology provides services for clients under the NDIS who are self-managed or plan-managed.

50-minute Therapy Session: $232.99 per session (as per the NDIS Price Guide July 01st 2025 for psychology services).
Payment is required at the time of service or as per the agreement with the plan manager.

Please note: We do not currently offer services for NDIA-managed participants.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment
Failure to pay the deposit may result in the cancellation of your booking.
The 100% fee will be required on the day of your appointment.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule. Our cancellation policy is in place because when you book an appointment, you are reserving dedicated time with your clinician that could otherwise be offered to someone else in need. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting both your time and that of our team.

48 hours’ notice before your appointment time is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will forfeit the 50% deposit.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur the full session fee which will be invoiced on that day.
